What happened? I stopped and looked in the mirror and I couldn’t believe the beauty that I saw staring at me. Not the superficial beauty that fades but the Transformed R.A.W. radiant woman that I longed to be, finally gazed back at me! Family, friends, foes recognized my shine and people began asking for the remedy to help them become internally rejuvenated! Yes, that joy of fulfillment that exudes from the inside out; peace that money can’t buy. I am Natashay Starr, Coach Starr, and I have spent over a decade on a journey seeking personal growth to become the best version of myself! A diamond is made under pressure, I had no idea that life’s pressure would teach me to slow down, evaluate my life, and ultimately reinvent the best version of me! Why stop with me? This hunger for change directed me on my purposeful path of assisting people metamorphosis into the finest version of themselves. After 23 years, in the medical field, a bachelor’s degree in Health Communication, a Certified Transformational Coach, inclusive of additional studies of: chakras, law of attraction, purpose, yoga, meditation, in other words, a lifetime learner, I now, possess clarity and accept my calling. My history began in the music industry. In the earlier years females were not prominently known or accepted as a rap artist. Writing music was my form of Picasso, painting pictures with words, I started out writing positive music to make a difference in the world and when the world changed from conscious music to corrupt music, honestly, I followed the trend and loss myself! Signed a deal with Universal through Sounds of Atlanta with Gene Griffin and I took on the persona of someone I wasn’t just to become a star like my stepdad who sang with the Original Drifters. We lived in London, Germany, California, born in Iowa and raised in Atlanta, GA, I love traveling! As a rap artist we toured the United States and our video played on all the major networks, Bounce like Me w/Miracle ft. me as Da Robin/Natashay https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6vU3DU-tXmA provided me the opportunity to meet numerous celebrities, make thousands of dollars per show, and within a short-time span of time at the height of the song playing on rotation, my 15 minutes of fame came to an abrupt end due to 9/11, amongst other things. I had other labels reaching out to work with me, but they would not release me from my contract. Nevertheless, 5 years is a long time to be shelfed in the music industry! Therefore, I buried that dream, and I went back to work in the medical field.

Yet, there was still a huge void in my life. As a single parent, my daughter wanted to rap like me, so I focused on her, and we put her in the music industry. Now, my daughter is 16 and has been inducted to the National Honors Society of High School Scholars. I had a vision to paint pictures with words so, we filmed a Reality 6 sizzle reel called Brokenaire to Millionaire https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qV6uzrAiXhw. I started with the concept to inspire people not to give up on their dreams. Unknowingly, what I learned is life began to slowly break me, therefore, I was not only a brokenaire, but I was broken, saddened by some of the disappointments I kept experiencing. This project included changing a law – the law was to force coroners to have a medical background, very intense project and I thrived off making a difference.
Unbeknownst to me, I innately studied great leaders, teachers, speakers, and theologians for years not realizing why I was drawn to such knowledge. Naturally, we all are born with gifts and talents, my gift is to simply assist you spark interest of the hidden treasure that resides dormant within you! With each year of tears, a gem of knowledge was developed, and R.A.W. Transformation for Higher Elevation was born! R.A.W. stands for Release All Within! As my Dream Team and I hosted a podcast R.A.W. Reality, ATL TALKS, iHeart Radio, thus learning more about the hearts and tears of the people. Something was missing! A since of urgency infused me to quit my job and go all in to truly dedicate my life to help others find their purpose.
